At R.E. Tricker, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our footwear and offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original box, ensuring all dust bags and accessories are included, then secure it within a protective shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old tracking stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
